Payment
- Payment is due in full at the time of the session unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards (including AMEX), and BACS.
- Payment plans are available for packages of multiple sessions.
Refund Polic
- Once a session or package has commenced, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% fee.
- In the event of cancellation, rescheduling options will be provided whenever possible.
Late Arrival
- Early notification of delays are requested. An attempt is always made to provide the full session, however, this may not always be possible. In such cases, the full session fee remains payable, with no partial refunds.
Between Sessions
- Follow-up communication is encouraged. If you have not received follow-up contact, please reach out or via email or text.
- Responses to emails or texts may take up to 48 hours, longer during weekends or holidays. Substantial or ongoing contact may incur additional fees.
Confidentiality Your personal information remains confidential except under the following circumstances:
- You provide explicit consent.
- Disclosure is required by law.
- Disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, illegal activity, or protect safety.
Disclaimer: Success and Outcome The success of hypnotherapy and related services varies among individuals. Outcomes depend on your commitment, effort, and unique circumstances. Session Length
- Initial sessions are 2 hours to allow for a comprehensive assessment and treatment.
- Follow-up sessions are typically 1.5 hours and then 1 hour. Session lengths may vary based on individual needs to ensure personalised support and progress. Session may finish earlier than the planned duration if the time is not required.
Terms for Goods
Safety Notice Our products are designed to complement, not replace, medical treatment. Always consult a professional for health concerns. Do not use recordings when full attention is required or if you have epilepsy or severe psychiatric conditions.
