As your coach I will be a confidant, a sounding board, and someone who will help you to feel challenged in both your levels of thinking and in creativity. Together we will explore new options, build confidence and levels of motivation and provide you with those techniques to deal with situations which you may need to conquer. Our working relationship, a partnership will be built upon honesty and trust - you, as the client will achieve positive outcomes and feel supported.

Coaching is an investment in both time and money, but the return is a greater productivity, increased confidence, skills and innovation. You will take the benefits of coaching into the future and run with them. Coaching can be about leadership development, enhancement of skills or an exploration of options through focus. These sessions are about delivery of your potential.
How does it work
Following a contracting session, we will work together for a set period of time, usually this is between 6-12 sessions (usually over 6-12 months) but I remain flexible to be able to meet sooner or later dependent on your diary and the business situation. I always work face to face unless an urgent Skype meeting is appropriate.
Whatever you wish to discuss, whatever you wish to have happen, we will work in complete confidence, and we will make your goals happen.
