Being nervous is a form of anxiety, that fight or flight physiological response that appears from nowhere within us that can become all-consuming and overwhelming very quickly. To combat nerves:
- Get physically fit
- Expose yourself to your worry
- Write a journal
- Ensure you get enough sleep and eat well
Yet for some people these steps are just not going to be enough and whatever they’ve already tried it hasn’t shaken the nerves, chances are they are suffering from an anxiety disorder. Using hypnotherapy I am very effective at reducing and eliminating anxiety in all its forms including nervousness.
