Commitment

Dr Iain Lightfoot of thoughtlounge® Ltd. clinical hypnotherapy in Southampton, will ensure the highest standards of therapy, coaching and counselling, to support your change journey.

 

Information Collection

I collect only necessary contact information to process your enquiry and to make bookings. I comply with the Data Protection Act (2018). Your information is never shared, unless a lawful request is made, adhering to my confidentiality policy.

 

Payment

Sessions must be fully paid at the time of the session. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit cards, credit cards (including AMEX), and BACS. Payment plans can be arranged for package purchase of multiple sessions.

 

Refund Policy

Once a session or package begins, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours incur a 50% fee; cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% fee. If, in the event of having to cancel your session, a rescheduling will be provided.

 

Late Arrival

Please do let me know of any delays. I will attempt to provide the full session if possible; otherwise, the full fee is due without part-refunds.

 

Between Sessions

I will always aim to contact you following a session, however, if you have not had this contact, please do contact me with any feedback and updates you have.  Contact via email or text is preferred, however, by phone may take longer to respond due to client sessions. Emails and texts responses take 48 hours and longer at a weekend or holiday period. Substantial contact may incur additional fees.

 

Confidentiality

Your personal information remains confidential unless:

Authorised by you or required by law

Necessary to prevent harm or illegal activity

Necessary to protect our or others' safety

I want to clarify that the success of our hypnotherapy sessions, coaching programs, and related services can vary widely among individuals. Your results depend on several factors, including your commitment, effort, and unique personal circumstances. While I provide the best possible service, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. My services are designed to support and complement your efforts, not replace professional medical, psychological, or other advice. Always consult with appropriate professionals for any health-related concerns.

 

Session Length

My standard session length is 2 hours for the first session. Subsequent sessions are allocated 1.5 hours, although the session length may vary, which is a common practice in the industry. This structure allows for a comprehensive initial assessment followed by more focused follow-up sessions, thus ensuring optimal progress and personalized support throughout your treatment plan.

Our products complement, not replace, medical treatment. Consult a professional for any health issues. Do not use recordings while requiring full attention or if you have epilepsy or severe psychiatric conditions.

Order Delivery

Audio downloads are sent immediately via email or phone link and are compatible with modern devices. By purchasing and downloading audio files from this site, you agree that the downloads constitute a rental agreement. The audio files are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose. Unauthorised use, including copying or sharing of the audio files, is strictly prohibited, and will be considered a breach of this rental agreement.
