Rain also releases negative ions, which can boost mood and reduce stress. Physically, navigating wet conditions engages more muscles and burns more calories. Socially, being outside in the rain can foster a sense of community and connection with nature. Embrace rainy days as an opportunity to enhance your mental and physical well-being.
